Stephanie A. Campbell LL.B., B.A., Partner

Stephanie joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 1999, and is a partner of the Financial Services Group in the Calgary office.


Stephanie has a depth of experience in syndicated lending transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She has experience in assisting private equity lenders with distressed and real estate lending as well as in tax structure acquisitions and equity investments. She has acted for both lenders and public and privately held borrowers. She regularly advises clients in the areas of equipment financing, debt and corporate restructurings, private mergers and acquisitions, project financing and debtor-in-possession and distressed lending.


Stephanie has acted for institutional, mid-size and multi-national borrowers and domestic and foreign financial institutions in connection with financing and commercial transactions in various industries with particular focus on the energy sector and commercial Real Estate.
