Keith Bustard LL.B., B.Comm., Associate

Keith is an associate in FMC’s Vancouver office and practises general corporate and commercial law, working closely with clients and senior counsel in a broad range of legal matters.

Keith’s experience includes an understanding of the legal issues involved in the construction and development of infrastructure, mining, renewable energy and natural resource projects in British Columbia. Keith frequently advises in the area of procurement law and has experience negotiating and drafting various types of legal documents. His practice also involves advising in the area of aboriginal law.

Prior to attending law school, Keith was the Manager of Finance and Administration of the Richmond Youth Services Association.
