Dana is a member of the firm’s Technology and Securities and Corporate-Commercial law groups. Dana is involved in numerous aspects of business law with a particular focus on intellectual property (primarily trade-marks), privacy and mergers & acquisitions.
Dana assists clients with technology and intellectual property related agreements in the areas of licensing, distribution, software development, consulting, electronic commerce and the Internet. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries including transportation, technology and oilfield services. Dana also assists clients with establishment and review of privacy policies and issues in both the public and private sectors and has represented clients with respect to matters before privacy commissioners.
