Kevin practises in the firm's Financial Services Group with a particular emphasis on domestic, cross-border and international lending and acquisition transactions. Kevin has a broad range of experience in acting for both lenders and borrowers and on a wide variety of financial, commercial, insolvency and workout matters.
After practising at another Bay street firm and prior to joining Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, Kevin was counsel to a Canadian Chartered Bank and general corporate counsel to a Canadian financial services division of an automotive manufacturer.
