FMC Appoints Claude Morency as New Managing Partner in Montréal

Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC) is pleased to announce that Mr. Claude Morency has been named Managing Partner of its Montréal office.
Having worked at FMC since the beginning of his career, Mr. Morency is an integral part of the firm and a pre-eminent expert in construction law, with extensive experience in the fields of commercial and corporate litigation.
Mr. Morency practises construction law, advising owners, developers, general and specialized contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and equipment manufacturers, financial institutions and other lenders at all stages of construction projects. Mr. Morency has extensive experience in litigating construction cases before arbitration and judicial courts.
With the numerous organizations and businesses he has advised, he has always shown strong skills as counsel, negotiator, and conciliator. In his capacity as Managing Partner, he will apply his skills and vision to the task of developing FMC’s Montréal office while continuing his practice.
Having obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa, Mr. Morency was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1991.
