John Prowse appointed Master in Chambers

John Prowse, Q.C., former Counsel in FMC's Calgary office, has been appointed Master in Chambers of the Court of the Queen's Bench in Alberta. John began a distinguished practice in insolvency and commercial litigation in the early 1980's. He has since appeared as counsel to lenders at trial and appellate levels, and has also been involved in oil and gas litigation.
John's appointment was confirmed by Order in Council on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. He carries on a long and very proud family tradition of judicial service to the Province of Alberta. John's colleagues at FMC extend their congratulations for this richly deserved appointment.
