LEXPERT lists their Top 10 pro-business cases of the year. Decisions submitted from various law firms, involving any level of court were considered and those cases with the broadest impact on the business community were selected. Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC) was involved in two of the final selections:
Case #5 - Ainslie v. Technologies
On the number 5 ranked case, FMC represented Grant Thornton LLP with a litigation team led by Robb C. Heintzman and Matthew Fleming.
Case #8 - Re Nortel Networks Corporation
The number eight ranked case involved numerous firms with FMC insolvency lawyers, Michael J. Wunder, Alex L. MacFarlane and R. Shayne Kukulowicz leading our team who represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.
