Zahra’s broad tax practice involves the planning, negotiation and execution of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies. Zahara is a prolific writer in this area and has also taught Advanced Taxation Law at the University of Windsor. Her strong reputation as a forward-thinking tax lawyer has allowed her to assume the lead tax role in numerous high-profile public transactions.
