Based in the firm's Edmonton office, and providing additional support to Calgary, Mr. Phipps' practice focuses primarily on building the firm’s relationships with contractors, consultants and municipal lawyers, as well as expanding the relationships between municipalities and the private sector.
With more than 20 years' legal experience, including his most recent role as in-house counsel with the City of Edmonton, Mr. Phipps has extensive experience in providing clients with legal advice in planning and development issues, municipal enforcement, drafting municipal legislation, and managing municipal prosecutions.
