FMC members attend Minemakers Limited's IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange

On Monday, March 28, 2011, FMC client Minemakers Limited opened trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange. As counsel in relation to its Canadian TSX listing, Minemakers' FMC lawyers Sander Grieve, John Sabine, Linda Misetich, Eric Foster and Jessica Palter, together with FMC’s Chief Executive Officer, Chris Pinnington, were invited to join Andrew Drummond, Dean Richardson and Victoria Russell of Minemakers for the listing ceremony. Minemakers is an Australian company listed on the TSX and ASX engaged in the development of two of the largest rock phosphate projects in the world.
