Jordan Schultz LL.B., B.Sc. (Hons.), Associate

As an associate with Fraser Milner Casgrain’s Insolvency Group, Jordan focuses on commercial insolvency and related litigation. Jordan has experience advising both debtors and creditors in a variety of insolvency matters and related proceedings.

Jordan has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court on numerous occasions.

Jordan has experience representing and advising both debtors and creditors in a variety of insolvency matters and related proceedings. Jordan’s experience stems from providing research and advice on novel insolvency issues, and assisting clients in planning and carrying out corporate restructurings.
