Zahra is a partner in the Tax Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of income tax law including Canadian and international corporate tax matters involving the structuring of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and financings. In 2011, Zahra was recognized as one of Lexpert's Rising Stars - Leading Lawyers under 40. Zahra has editorial responsibilities with three tax publications and has taught at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and the Bar Admission Course.
