Matt is a litigation Partner located in the Calgary office. He represents clients on a wide variety of commercial disputes across Canada involving construction, oil and gas, shareholder's rights and obligations, and the tracing and recovery of proceeds of fraud. He is the former Managing Partner of the Calgary office and leads the firm's national Fraud, Corruption and Asset Recovery practice group.

Matt has appeared before all trial and appellate courts across Western Canada, the Federal Court of Canada and in U.S. State and Federal Courts.
