Vickie is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Group. Her practice consists of a broad range of financial related products including asset-based lending, bilateral and syndicated financings, first and second lien loans, and debt restructuring. Vickie has extensive experience in acting for both borrowers and lenders in a variety of debt financing arrangements and is often retained to act in connection with multi-jurisdictional financing transactions.
Vickie has spoken on various topics relating to secured lending and personal property security matters.
Prior to joining Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, Vickie was a partner in the Toronto office of another law firm. Vickie also previously served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Ontario Court of Justice (General Division).
