Margaret Weltrowska practises primarily in commercial, corporate and civil litigation, construction law, product liability and class action litigation. Acted for a computer service provider in connection with a $100 million arbitration brought before the International Chamber of Commerce regarding an outsourcing agreement

Acted on behalf of a party in connection with an ad hoc commercial arbitration arising from an asset purchase agreement and concerning the interpretation and application of an "earn-out" clause

Acted as counsel on behalf of a party in connection with a multi-million dollar commercial arbitration brought before the CCAC arising from an asset purchase agreement and concerning the interpretation and application of an indemnity clause
