Margaret Weltrowska practises primarily in commercial, corporate and civil litigation, construction law, product liability and class action litigation. She regularly appears before the Quebec Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and various administrative and arbitral tribunals. She has particular expertise in the presentation of extraordinary proceedings such as injunctions, seizures before judgement and Anton Piller orders. She also participates regularly in important commercial arbitrations.
Ms. Weltrowska joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 1998 and became a partner in 2008.
