Yves Turgeon has close to twenty years of experience in the field of employment law, industrial relations and administrative law, more specifically pertaining civil, penal, administrative and extraordinary remedies in both individual and collective labour relations in the construction industry, and in regulatory matters in the field of natural resources.
He acts on behalf of owners, developers, general and specialized contractors, and forest-dependent business. He has developed sound expertise in the creation and representation of enterprises and associations before public administrative bodies. Mr. Turgeon joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 1991 and became a partner in 1999.
