Ginny’s practice focuses generally on commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects. She advises on all manners of real property development, including acquisitions, financing, corporate structure and organization, obtaining development approvals, land use, subdivision, construction, marketing, sales, dispositions and leasing. Ginny has considerable experience in counselling clients in connection with the development of complex, master-planned communities and mixed-use developments involving multiple air space parcels and other unique legal structures. She has extensive experience in advising clients on marketing under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act and the preparation of disclosure statements and amendments relating thereto. Ginny also advises clients on commercial leasing, real estate financing, strata property law and builders lien issues. Her clients include small and large real property developers, purchasers, vendors, private and institutional lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants.
