Stéphane Teasdale has almost 20 years of experience in commercial law and is internationally renowned for his unique expertise in the franchising area.
Stéphane has represented prominent local, national and international franchise systems to whom he has provided commercial, strategic and litigation counsel in all aspects of franchising including corporate, contract, competition, real estate, intellectual property and tax.
Stéphane is also actively involved in Canadian, American and International franchise associations. Currently Vice-President and an Executive Committee Member of the Québec Franchise Council, he has published numerous articles and lectured regularly both locally and abroad in the areas of franchising.
Stéphane is recognized in the United States as one of the few experts in franchising in Québec, an honor that has been acknowledged by Lexpert as well as by Franchise Times Magazine. Stéphane is also recommended as a leading Canadian Franchising lawyer by Who’s Who Legal: The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers. He joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 2007.
