As an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Group, Tiffany has assisted clients in a variety of matters and her practice includes professional liability and discipline matters, class actions, contract disputes, tort and product liability matters, as well as corporate matters including shareholders’ disputes, real estate matters, including construction liens, and tax matters.

Tiffany has achieved favourable results for clients at mediation, and has appeared before various levels of Court in Ontario, including the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, including as pro bono duty counsel. Tiffany has also appeared as counsel in the Tax Court of Canada, and before professional discipline and administrative tribunals.
