Tom is a partner and co-chair of the firm’s Technology and Securities
Law Group in Edmonton. His practice focuses exclusively on technology related legal issues for clients developing and marketing their technology and also for licensees and acquirers of technology.
In addition to technology clients that Tom has represented at FMC, he has extensive legal and business experience in the software and telecommunications businesses.
