Scott joined the Financial Services Practice Section of the Calgary office of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP as an associate in 2004.

Scott participates in a wide variety of banking, commercial and corporate transactions and has extensive experience in debt financings, restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures and realizations in numerous industry segments, including the oil and gas, real estate and aviation industries.
