Andrew is a member of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP’s Toronto and National Real Estate Groups, and the Municipal and Property Development Group, practicing in the area of commercial real estate and land use planning and development law. He acts on a wide range of development projects and transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing transactions, reorganizations, land assemblies and land exchanges. Andrew specializes in dealing with land use issues, and he also acts on planning and development approvals and municipal law matters for clients throughout Ontario.

Andrew acts for land developers, investors and real estate advisors, financial institutions and other lenders, government agencies, energy companies, hospitals, charitable organizations and conservation bodies, railways, media/communications companies, receivers and others. Andrew regularly acts as real estate counsel in connection with major projects and transactions in the energy sector, working together with other members of the multi-disciplinary FMC energy practice team to provide advice and representation to proponents, investors, lenders and others.
