Ray is a partner and manager of FMC Edmonton's Insolvency Team, and a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He is the Edmonton Chair of the Insolvency and Restructuring Group.

Ray is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, the Turnaround Management Association and INSOL International.
