Jenny Ross has more than nine years of experience in the fields of real estate, financing and commercial law. She represents lenders and other commercial clients in the financing and acquisition of immovable and movable assets. As part of such transactions, she conducts title examinations, prepares security documentation, and reviews leases and other typical commercial documentation.
Ms. Ross represents real estate owners and managers in connection with major development projects. She was recently involved in a representative mandate for a governmental agency in the context of a projected public-private partnership.
Ms. Ross was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke. Ranked among the top ten students of her graduating year, she was awarded numerous prizes for the excellency of her academic performance. Ms. Ross joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 2002 and became a partner in 2008.
