Jim is a senior litigation partner in Fraser Milner Casgrain’s Calgary office, with over 34 years’ experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution. He joined the firm as an articling student in 1970. Since then, he has conducted major trials and appeals and has appeared in the Court of Queen’s Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
