Chuck's preferred areas of practice include corporate and commercial lending including asset based lending, cross-border transactions, receivables financing, acquisition and development financing, special project financings (including trusts, partnership and limited partnerships) and real estate based secured loan transactions.

Over the last few years, Chuck has specialized in income trust financings, acting for both lenders and borrowers on numerous transactions.
