John's transaction-based experience includes acting as issuer and underwriter counsel on Canadian and cross-border debt and equity financings, private financings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial law matters.  John also works with public issuers on a variety of corporate governance and compliance matters.  As a lawyer and chartered accountant, John brings a diverse set of skills to his practice and, in particular, for matters where complex financial disclosure or accounting issues arise.
