Chris is the Managing Partner of the Toronto office of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP. He returned to the Firm in September, 2003 after spending four years as Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary and a member of the senior management team of Ivanhoe Cambridge, a member of CDP Capital Real Estate Group and a leading Canadian and international developer, owner and manager of regional shopping centres. Chris practised with the firm from 1982 until his departure in 1999 and held a number of senior leadership positions in the firm, including serving on the Toronto Executive Committee and National Partnership Board. He specializes in commercial real estate law, with a focus on the purchase and sale, development, financing and joint-venturing of commercial properties. He also specializes in commercial leasing in the retail, office and industrial markets.
