As a Partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP’s Municipal and Property Development Group, Jason assists property owners, developers and municipalities on official plan, zoning, subdivision, severance, variance and site plan matters throughout Ontario. He has attended at the Ontario Municipal Board on numerous occasions regarding a variety of Planning Act appeals and has extensive experience negotiating and drafting a variety of development related agreements such as Section 37 and Site Plan Agreements.
Jason has previous experience working in the City of Toronto’s Legal Services Division. He is on the Board of Directors for Hong Fook Mental Health Association which is an United Way sponsored organization.
