Joe articled with the Toronto office in 1988 and practised with the Toronto Financial Services Group before moving to the Calgary office in 1996. Joe is currently the Co-Chair of FMC’s National Financial Services Group.

Joe has over 20 years of experience in structuring and completing domestic and international financing transactions. Joe regularly acts as lead counsel to lenders (and lending syndicates) and debtors involving complex financing structures. Joe has extensive oil and gas, oil and gas service sector, power project and pipeline project financing experience. Joe’s experience also includes debt and corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
