Zahra’s practice includes structuring and planning for tax-effective flow-through entities such as partnerships, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and purchase and sales transactions.
She assists Canadian-based multinational corporations in international structures and tax planning matters and represents clients in tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.
