Chima practices securities and corporate law in the firm’s Calgary office. His securities practice is focused on public financings and assisting public companies with their reporting and compliance obligations. His corporate practice is focused on drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements for public and private organizations, primarily in the energy and educational sectors.
Chima is also a member of the associate committee in the Calgary office.
