Matt is the Managing Partner in the Calgary office and a member of the firm’s litigation practice. He has represented clients on a variety of commercial disputes across Western Canada including construction, oil and gas, insurance, technology and the tracing and recovery of proceeds of fraud.
Matt has appeared before all trial and appellate courts of Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia and has appeared pro hoc vice before Texas District Courts.
