Derek Kurrant is a partner in our Tax Group in our Calgary office. He is a lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. He practices law exclusively in the area of taxation. His practice encompasses providing tax advice in respect of a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions including corporate reorganizations of private and public enterprises, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of public debt and equity offerings, the purchase and sale of businesses, and the use of partnerships, joint ventures and commercial trusts.
