Shayne is a partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP and he is the National Co-chair and the former Toronto Chair of the Insolvency and Workout Group.
Shayne practises exclusively in insolvency and related commercial litigation, with emphasis on commercial restructuring, receiverships and bankruptcies. He has extensive experience in formal and informal corporate reorganizations, enforcement of security and unsecured creditor remedies.
