As an associate with FMC's Financial Services and Insolvency and Restructuring groups, Jarvis has a broad range of experience in all facets of (a) domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including secured and unsecured loan transactions and various intercreditor and subordination arrangements and (b) domestic and cross-border insolvencies and restructurings, including proceedings under both the Companies Creditors' Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Jarvis regularly advises lenders and borrowers in structuring domestic and cross-border corporate loan transactions, as well as, advising both debtors and creditors in all aspects of domestic and cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters.
