John practises exclusively in the firm’s litigation area. He represents clients in civil litigation involving commercial disputes, environmental matters, product liability, shareholder's disputes, director's liability, professional liability and actions against police officers.
He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta and several Administrative Tribunals.
