Ron is a senior member of the firm’s real estate department and is head of the Commercial Leasing Group in Toronto. His real estate practice focuses on acquisitions, financing and sale of income properties, leasing, and landlord and tenant matters, as well as construction and development of income properties. He has been active in numerous public-private partnership matters.

Ron advises numerous private clients on REITS and pension funds relating to real estate matters, including asset management and joint-venture matters. He also advises non-real estate clients on real estate matters.
