Luc Giroux has over 30 years of experience in commercial and corporate litigation. Formerly the head of the commercial litigation section of a major Montreal law firm, he joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP as a partner in 1988.
Mr. Giroux works with both the litigation practice group and the class action practice group. He specializes in litigation matters involving corporations, securities, product liability, real estate and insurance. He has handled a number of high-profile cases, both past and present, acting on behalf of major national and international corporations.
