Gordon has built his reputation by advising on tax matters using all forms of business vehicles including joint ventures, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, trusts, unlimited liability companies, and corporations. He selects and adopts business vehicles to serve the particular needs of the client in the complex environment of Canadian income tax and other taxes (including HST, property tax and foreign taxes). His advice encompasses the relevant treaty and cross-border considerations.
