Emily Finn J.D. (Hons.), LL.B., B.A., Director of Professional Development

Emily is the Director of Professional Development for the Vancouver office. She manages student and associate recruitment and progression within the Vancouver office. She is also responsible for the on-going development and administration of in-house continuing legal education programs. As part of her role, Emily oversees the in-house mentoring, coaching and evaluation programs for students and associates, ensuring that they have the necessary guidance, feedback and opportunity to enable them to leverage all of their abilities and accelerate their development.

Before joining FMC, Emily practised litigation in New York at a large international firm where she eventually took on the role of Manager of Global Associate Development.
