Kevin P. Feehan Q.C., LL.B., Partner

Kevin is a group leader of one the firm’s Litigation Practice Sections. Areas of practice include personal injury and commercial litigation, administrative, constitutional, municipal, medical and education law.

Kevin has appeared in all levels of court in Alberta, Federal Court of Canada and Supreme Court of Canada. He is a member of Legal Society of Alberta, Edmonton Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association in its Health Law, Insurance Law and General Litigation Subsections. Kevin is a mentor in both the CBA and Law Society Mentor Programs and lecturer at numerous Legal Education Society of Alberta and Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association programs. He is the author of over 100 legal publications. He is an instructor at the University of Alberta Law School in Constitutional Litigation. 

Kevin is active in community affairs including as Chancellor of Newman Theological College and St. Joseph's Seminary, Governor of St. Joseph's College at the University of Alberta, Chair of Catholic Charities, and President of Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada, Alberta and Northwest Territories.

An active speaker and presenter, Kevin delivers approximately six to ten papers a year. In 2007, he has presented to the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers Association, Alberta Urban Municipalities Association, Canadian Bar Association – Constitutional And Education subsections, and Legal Education Society of Alberta, amongst others.
