Mark’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate/commercial advocacy with an emphasis on banking, securities and capital market participant related litigation and arbitration. Mark’s clients include a number of national brokerage houses and financial institutions whom he has represented before various regulatory tribunals including the Ontario Securities Commission, the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, Market Regulation Services Inc. and the Investment Dealers Association of Canada. He has also had a number of appearances before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Mark is the co-Toronto lead for the firm's National Securities Litigation Group. Mark also handles professional liability matters for clients including in the areas of corporate governance and auditor's liability.
