Norm has extensive trial and appellate experience in the civil courts and experience before numerous regulatory and administrative tribunals throughout the Province of Ontario, such as the Ontario Securities Commission, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, The Alcohol and Gaming Commission, the Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Pension Board.
