Adrian C. Elmslie LL.B., B.Sc., Partner

Adrian’s practice focuses on employment and labour issues and litigation as a member of Regulatory/Labour Practice Group. He works with a diverse cross section of employers involving issues such as employment contracts, employment policies, human rights, labour arbitration, collective bargaining, wrongful dismissal and employee benefits.

Adrian has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta and has represented both small and large employers in many forums including Labour Arbitration hearings, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and the Alberta Labour Relations Board. 

Adrian joined the firm in 1999 after completing his articles with the Alberta Court of Appeal and Court of Queen’s Bench.
