Jean-Pierre Dépelteau has always practiced in civil law and has developed, over 30 years of practice, unique expertise in the infrastructure and construction area. He and his team advise owners, developers, general and specialized builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and equipment manufacturers at all stages of infrastructure projects.
In 2001, the trade journal LEXPERT recognized him as one of the best 500 lawyers in Canada. In 2006, he has been selected by his peers to be featured in the inaugural edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada. He is invited on a regular basis to lecture at seminars on infrastructures. Mr. Dépelteau joined Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in 1982 and became a partner in 1985.
