Maja Czubernat LL.B., B.A. (Hons.) (with Distinction), Associate

Maja is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group. She practises corporate/commercial and securities law and provides general corporate services to both public and private corporations in a wide variety of areas including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchase transactions, amalgamations and corporate restructuring. Maja's day-to-day practice involves assisting companies, issuers, agents and underwriters with compliance with continuous disclosure obligations, as well as assistance with stock exchange listings, initial public offerings, private placements and other regulatory compliance issues.
