Anne has 30 years of experience in planning tax efficient structures for conventional oil and gas and oil sands production and processing activities including partnership and joint-venture arrangements. She has undertaken many reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions both domestic and international involving trusts, partnerships, corporations and mutual funds.
Anne has provided tax structuring advice in respect of forward sale and hedge transactions, real estate and related development transactions, and financing arrangements.
