Michel A. Brunet, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, has more than 30 years of experience in selling, acquiring and financing businesses.
A much sought-after lecturer and panelist on matters pertaining to corporate law, Mr. Brunet sits on the boards of several charitable organizations. In 2002, he was appointed Honorary Vice-Consul for the Principality of Monaco in Montréal.
Mr. Brunet joined our firm in 1994 as a partner and was appointed Managing Partner in 1999, a responsibility that he held until February 2001. In that capacity, he supervised the integration of the Montréal office into the newly merged entity Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in June 2000.
