Beyond your articling year, we are committed to providing you with continued support as you advance in your career. Mentoring is the cornerstone of your professional development. You will continue to have formal mentors as an associate, in addition to the informal mentoring you will receive from the lawyers you will be working with day-to-day. You will also be provided with continuing legal education both internally at the firm as well as through external programs. You will have formal annual evaluations and will have the opportunity to pursue your interests as they unfold.

PRO BONO OPPORTUNITIES

FMC is committed to providing pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations who cannot afford a lawyer. We offer our students and lawyers a wide range of pro bono opportunities to develop their skills while contributing to our community.
